What a beautiful mom and sweet little big-sister-to-be! This maternity session took place at the Torrey Pines state beach in Del Mar. What a loving family that this new one will welcomed into in just a month!
A ‘first year session’ at home, yes please! Let’s shoot in the spaces where your child’s memories are born. Looking through my childhood photo albums, I find myself searching for the artifacts in the background of images. Daily objects, ‘that funky old couch,’ the toy on the floor, and my mom’s vintage boots, connect me other childhood memories. Seemingly meaningless objects in the present, may jog memories for your little one’s in the future. Each photograph at home is packed with more then just one memory. After a session in her room, Lauren’s ‘cake smash’ took place in her own backyard. It was just as delicate as she is!
