This family is not afraid of the dark and welcomed artful silhouettes for their family session at the Scripps Pier in La Jolla. I love the metallic look of the ocean at dusk. I had to throw a least a few color images our mix as mother nature unfolded so beautifully during our session gifting us with an opal sunset and pink glowing sand. These girls aren’t used to being on the beach after the sun has gone to bed and It was magical for them to witness their favorite place in a new light.

These boys are so mushy and sweet they had me melting behind the camera. Honored to have the opportunity to capture this sweet families love for each other and the ocean at the Scripps Pier in La Jolla.
Someday this family will tell their son Luke the triumphant story of how he fought for his life. I will leave the story for them to tell. Grateful to capture this little one in the warm arms of home. I’m sure this sweet little warrior will have much to teach us someday when he has the words.

Here are some images from a runway show in La Jolla including designers:B.JASH.I, Chavon Shree, DeAnnah Rae, Fuseik, Killem with Chic, Laced with B, Luis Rivas, Margaret the Maker, Odd Bird Designs, P. Saengeeta, RACA Designs . The designer B.JASH.I, used all Native American models to showcase her designs and they were so striking they stole the runway.
